After many years in the financial and physical commodities markets, I noticed a requirement for people with more than just theoretical knowledge of commodity logistics and supply chains, operations, KYC & Due Diligence, policies, and procedures.

People who have been in the respective regions and countries, where commodities are mined, who know the struggles to get solutions off the ground.

People who have NOT JUST thought about and written guidelines on conflict minerals supply chains, but who have put them into action and are able to interpret the Theories in a way so they make practical sense and can be applied in real life.
